New Home Tour App

The near west side’s Concordia residents won’t let the cold, snowy weather keep them from sharing all the beauty and history their neighborhood has to offer. On November 29th, members of the Historic Concordia Neighbors, Inc. (HCNI) publicly launched the Virtual Home Tour web app at the Gustav Pabst Mansion.

Developed with the support of the City of Milwaukee’s Neighborhood Development Initiative Corporation, area businesses and residents, the app highlights the architecture, history, and community in an easy, accessible way.

Using a smartphone, tablet, or any other internet-connected device, the neighborhood can be toured by anyone, at any time. The app features audio descriptions of each property and for many, interior 360 virtual tours, you can take a full tour or visit just the highlights.

While the properties can be viewed from the comfort of your own home, we recommend using the app for a self-guided walking or driving tour. Find the spots you like best and plan ahead for the annual 2017 home tour.
