Life’s amazing journey - Rob Kochanski

Rob Kochanski is an entrepreneur. Part of his business has been investing in real estate by renovating and reselling properties for years. He was tired of working with greedy agents and disappointed sellers and buyers. Therefore, Rob decided to get his realtors license to run a business with a different approach. Not only has he has done that, he has written a book to protect yourself from REAL ESTATE GREED.

Rob lives in an 1870’s cream city brick house on Highland Blvd. A bit of twist for a guy who purchased the property in a foreclosure with plans to utilize it as a rental property. What changed for him make this his home?

Rob liked the character of the house, the proximity to downtown and most pertinent, the friendly and diverse neighbors living nearby. The next step to “digging in” was purchasing two vacant properties adjacent to his, providing a large side yard where his family hosts barbecues with his neighbors after an afternoon of work in the yard.

His service in the Army as a Sergeant set the foundation for his high standards, dedication to doing it right, and helping others. His book “The Value-Driven Approach to Sell Real Estate” will provide insight on how to earn more on the sale of a house. What makes this book so special? His mission is to raise and donate over $10,000 to local First Responder Charities each year. His ask is to for you to pay forward by donating $5 to a non-profit of your choice.
